Selected Career Highlights
In 2016, I led the Sanders campaign to victory in the crucial Primary states of Minnesota and Wisconsin. As National States Director for Bernie 2020, I oversaw 1,000+ unionized employees in all priority states - a first for presidential campaigns - focusing our voter outreach on communities of color and non-traditional Democratic Primary voters.
As the Congressional Campaign Program Director for the California Democratic Party, I oversaw the operation to protect our incumbents and flip seven competitive US House districts from red to blue, electing a fully Democratic congressional delegation from Orange County for the first time in history.
As a strategic media and voter outreach consultant, I have helped secure decisive wins and increased representation of persons of color, members of the LBGTQ community, women, and other marginalized communities in elected office.
As Executive Director of the Vermont, Virginia, and North Carolina Democratic Parties, I oversaw increased fundraising, federal & state coordination, and direct voter contact programs en route to Democratic victories in competitive races.
